Weight Loss Thread 2014

As d3nz said, whole30 worked quite well for me but there are still a lot of 'natural' foods that I shouldn't eat. Its all about trying to find what triggers it. Some things that I cut out are dairy, sugar, grains, legumes, garlic, onions, chillies, cucumber, fruit peels, seeds, cabbage and I find that raw veggies don't work well either.
Apparently speed walking is also very good for IBS but I haven't tried it out yet :D

I also cut out decaf coffee and tea most of the time.
And sweeteners.

Dude that's HALF A KILO. Sure more is nice but that's still a lump of fat.

Yeah...ok, didnt look at it like that :D Got such good drops at start of Banting, but now the weight loss is not as much...but the CM's are flying off (which is the real goal TBH!). Cant wait until this tyre is gone!!
