They're talking of PX 'casks' in the plural, but with only 100 bottles it could have been a single cask, maybe two. 100 Bottles is almost nothing.

Yes this was a great video I love how some distilleries are exploring different yeasts.

Also reminded me of this video at a very very large tangent:

. End of the video they gave the Springbank people a bottle from Groot Constantia. Interestingly in 2018 Springbank released a Longrow Red finished in Cabernet Franc casks from De Torren. I tried that Longrow red at bascule but wasn't blown away, much prefered the standard Longrow which is just beautiful.

Met the man at their Dublin distillery a couple of years ago. He spoke fondly of SA.

Nope you're not. As a peathead I'm not happy with their peat's taste/flavor. It's just weird....and seems artificial/chemical.

It's barley purchased from the UK and peated to their specifications.
