Windows 10 perpetually slow on laptop

I have been seeing a Windows 10 LTSC version with "bloatware' removed etc.

Is it worth it?

Well, it means pirating...

Did LTSC 2019 finally come back? It was withdrawn after few days in October last year and is expected to be back this month. I don't know whether it incorporated the lastest changes in device driver specification, like those related to resolving latency, Bluetooth and USB, especially USB Audio. These features I would like to have in LTSC 2019, but considering how it destabilised 1809 consumer updates, it is unlikely to see there. Everything else is just a trash.
