Just an update. We have completed the trial for Domains.co.za/Diamatrix. The full detailed report will be seen on Solitudes website .
We have in the meantime posted the conclusions drawn from the tests and pasted it in the OP.
Perhaps Dave from Domains.co.za can give us his perspective on the results they have received.

Firstly thanks to you and your team for taking the time and the effort to perform such an extensive series of tests and going to all trouble of compiling it into a comprehensive report.
We're extremely happy with the report and I would recommend any VPS/Cloud provider to get in contact with FFF4Skin and get his team to performance test your infrastructure. They are extremely knowledgeable in this area and they will try push the limits of what your infrastructure is capable of.

Anyway, Solitude I know I owe you some details. I will get them to you in the morning bud, to out of it now. I also want to add another few tests to the graph but that can wait.

I completely got busy with the studies.
Maybe I should start doing these tests again and include power failure to the list.
Suppose if there is still a demand for this kind of testing I will retake the course
