Hey Hayat3,I require a new OTP to be sent to me for access to the client zone.
I'm glad you are sorted. That's ok, I got help via whatsapp support. Sorted.
Mine seems fine. Also in ELN.MTN fixed LTE stopped working in East London. No service on the sim card. Got advised to reset the router. Seriously Afrihost?![]()
We do not have MTN outage reported. Please PM me your details so that I may look into the profile on my end?MTN fixed LTE stopped working in East London. No service on the sim card. Got advised to reset the router. Seriously Afrihost?![]()
Yes I would love to look into for you. Do mind PM'ing your contact details so that I can follow up for you regarding the escalation?@AfriGuy mind taking a look into an issue I've been having since day 1 of getting my device? I've been waiting days for feedback on my ticket that was escalated to MTN.
Wow, you guys are alive.Hi Dianysis, I am so sorry that we've let you down. Please could you drop us an email at [email protected] or DM us.
hello, anyone use these sims on a b315 ?
will it work
It will work for a day then block it. B315 os not on the router approved list.
If you want to use the B315 then you should rather try Telkom Sim only from Afrihost
You got a virus.I am getting really high amounts of packet loss and ping spikes at 22:00 at night, is this normal ?
Following this thread.... thought of switching to MTN or Telkom from my Rain Fixed LTE... but looks like people have equal amount of issues.
I do however have a prepaid MTN sim card in my iPhone and I buy data through Afrihost for R69 per GB.. I get about 70mbps on speed tests. Does MTN Fixed LTE run on the same network or not quite?
Exact same network. The Mobile data apn and the Fixed LTE is the same. MTN hands over traffic to Afrihost at Teraco and Afrihost does the rest. You get a 102. or 192. Air Mobile IP as the WAN ip address for portforwarding too which is nice.
