Afrihost MTN Fixed LTE-A Thread

Hey @Afrigirl, how long should the provisioning process take for the new order? Its been stuck on

"Request sent to MTN - 2023-09-26 14:23"
 
Please note that the above-mentioned devices were selected between Afrihost and MTN for the best use of the service.
I understand that, but the Chateau LTE18 fulfills the requirements being more than capable of handling CAT6 LTE and it's the bigger version of the LTE12. So it seems a bit odd to me at least that they won't support it even though by all the technical requirements it will work.
But I guess using the LTE12 is fine.
 
@Afrigirl @AfriFella please can you guys assist with "LFO-124-53316" I am unable to top-up our account due to an account billing restriction that I have no idea where to change the setting for?

Our fiber line is down, and I need to buy more mobile data please.

Still stuck without mobile data and being able to top up….
 
Nicely going @Afrigirl and team. Zero portal support for this problem…and the WhatsApp team can’t help either…

Unfortunately, the Accounts Team does not work on weekends. The ad-hoc limit can only be increased by them.

Little silly that we cant modify if don’t you think? But no stress, signed up with Melon Mobile, got an eSim and data in minutes.
 
So, I cannot even confirm my OWN spend limit on my account? Common Afrihost...

@Afrigirl two new sim cards ordered along with a new fibre line order, how long will this all take to get delivered? Its been a week already.

Iv got like 5 sims with you guys so I have done the RICA on my profile multiple times.

Second, how long will it take now? I uploaded my RICA docs on Friday.

Rica documents are only valid for up to 3months. I will check if the order has progressed now.
