So my Afrihost+ didn't double my data on my package again, the same as last month.
Who can I pm to fix it again?
they say it is a system error and they are working on it we are all waiting for some time allready
It could be, but that's not likely. Drop me a PM and I'll check what's going.
you really thinking hard about this PM hey lol![]()
AH, it's great that you give free data and all but rather just give us the data we pay for if it means we can use the internet again! YouTube buffers every 10 sec even when dropping video to 420p, latency on online games ridiculously high making it impossible to play.
This has been going on now for over a week. Seriously I would rather get what I pay for.
That definitely looks poor. Supersport should all be local though, and we're not seeing any local issues.
Do you get a different experience with other ISP networks?

Fully agree, internet is super slow. We just want what we pay for, not the entire internet- then others suffer.
I've not tried with another ISP, any idea what the issue could be?
SuperSport doesn't use the best streaming service so performance can vary greatly depending on the amount of traffic to the servers.
Have you seen any difference in performance depending on the time of day?
That sounds almost like an over load on the supersport site, or at least a case of so many people watching off those streams, especially over a weekend or for a big match.. I could be wrong though. Hows the site during the week?I have a problem with SuperSport whenever any match of note takes place, this is especially evident on the weekends.
I've read that SuperSport have now started using HTML5 video player, I thought this would improve things but the exact opposite is the case.

DSTV Catch-up / Now starting using HTML5 I'm not sure if the actual Supersport website has been migrated to it yet.
Have you tried the Supersport App?
I've had numerous problems with the App so I've done away with it.
I mainly watch streams from my PC anyway
