I live in an area where there's no fiber, DSL, etc. But LTE service is exceptionally good. I've tested @vodacom, MTN, and @Cell_C (MTN). I'm looking for a high-volume bundle, but with the condition of being most economical. I rely on 200 GB for R349 from Vodacom, or R399 from MTN, or 100 GB for R199 from Cell C. I'm looking for an LTE plan that is most economical and has the additional perk of data sharing and transfer. Vodacom allows data transfer, which hardly works. MTN tricked me with that R399 deal, which doesn't allow data sharing, which is pathetic considering it's more expensive than competitors. I've tried @rain_mobile , which cost R559, but unfortunately, I'm not close to the tower. So, suggest something that costs less than R500, comes with high-volume bundels, is most economical (value for money), and may allow data transfer or sharing.

You don't mention Telkom LTE - ever tested it, because if it works, it might be your best bet ?

What about the telkom 2TB deal with Afrihost?

Here I thought this thread was about data lakes. As in big data. Sigh.

I didn't suggest it as it's a lot more than R500pm.

At Axxess it's R795 ; think similarly through Afrihost, then the question of data sharing cost (extra SIM involved) ; @Yoda Arain would need to confirm with both Afrihost and Axxess exactly how they operate this.
@Afrigirl @AfriNatic @AfriFella Please! shed light on this. Although, I confirmed a few months back via WhatsApp support and the representative stated "Sharing" is not allowed.

Hi.
Data transfer between Afrihost Airmobile packages is permitted. Unfortunately, we do not allow data transfer between an Afrihost and Axxess mobile package.

I was also getting excited about somebody spinning a yarn about hives of blue elephants that you can access via beelines and scala sparks. Alas, 'twas not the tale being told

Unfortunately, I couldn't find the option to edit the Title.
