Cell C Network Issues: Disconnects, Coverage, Throughput Problems - Report Here

Hi Cell C seems to be out in the Roodepoort area Any one else having issues ?
Rebooted phone and what not ,still no signal.
If I manual search for signal I see cellc 3g and cellc LTE and vodacom but I cant even connect to one.

Funny enough I have phone working fine, so I turned it off and on now it cant connect as well
 
Does anyone from cell c read this forum? I reported an issue 3 days ago and I can honestly hear a pin drop in here

Any other information relevant to the problem:
I have 2 cell c sim cards in two different devices. One post paid, and another prepaid. I've been experiencing constant network drops in my area for the past week. Every few minutes my signal bars drop then come back up after a few minutes. I thought this issue would resolve itself and that it might be temporary, but it's becoming a real inconvenience.
Please assist ASAP

I'm based in Rosettenville Junction from 9am to 6pm for business on weekdays, also been experiencing little or NO signal throughout the day since last Sat. Thought it was just me but it seems the whole area is problematic now, Turffontein, Rosettenville, LaRochelle, Townsview to name a few. Samsung S7 edge on 4G/Lte, prepaid sim, never had a problem since last weekend's power outage on the network. Hope it gets resolved soon!

what a waste of money!
get told the same thing every time i complain,reset router blah blah blah...
very very slow at night sub 1mbps ...
i am on a 200g package ...lesson learnt

Today my router shows 1 bar then no bars ? More off than on today. Every second website I visit says no connection, try again later ?
I have an MTN aerial on the roof unused with a cable coming into the house right next to my router. Can this be used to boost reception somehow ?
Now urgent, this is pension money being spent here..............

Hi, I am in Protea street, inside Panorama Estate, 7 Swanevelder ave Rangeview Krugersdorp. Next to the Watchtower. There is a tower next to Total near us. And one in Panorama but have no idea whose they are.

My CellC fixed LTE has been down for the last two days.
Massive packet loss and a lower signal than usual 0-1 bar instead of 5, anyone else have this happening?
I cant even run a ping to 8.8.8.8

Edit:
Spoke to afrihost support with tower ID and location, no idea what they did in the backend but I'm suddenly back to full signal & speed.
