My local Makro doesn't have any stock and isn't expecting any. Brilliant.

I went in store to Makro Centurion yesterday, expecting the 299 per month deal, where the lady informed me that the contract is actually 249 per month. I am currently collecting bank statements, blood samples and psychiatric reports to be able to create a new private rica profile and account.

As far as I know, Makro's R249pm deal is the cheapest available. The next best one is Cell C for R279pm...i think...or was it R299

Ok, so I got it at Centurion. 249 per month. Vodacom Smart light or something. 75 minutes off peak, 20 anytime minutes, 100 mb data per month.

249 per month over 24 months works out at less than 6000 rands for an iPhone 4s. Eat that, FNB.

Anyone know if Makro still has this deal?
