Hey @Pbcool.

How do I upgrade my line to the 50\5? Currently on Vuma 20/20.

Quick question.

If u change ur package, does CI have to ask Reflex solutions to change ur config or is this something done CI side?

And after changing the package, how long before it takes effect?
Bit tricky, old fibrehoods lines were defaulted at 100Mbps. So we would be able adjust packages on the fly, but with Vumatel aerial each line is controlled and limited by Reflex.

PBCool, I'm getting my vuma CPE Friday late.
Do you have people on a Saturday that can do the "mac address pairing thing" - to my current router ?

That should happen automatically, mine did. I was up and running in under 5 minutes after clicking the order button.

Thanks for the feedback.

Wonder if we will see a 200mb offering on Fibrehoods anytime soon?
We need clarity on their upgrades to support the new speeds. Legacy "fibrehoods" areas would need some new hardware at the headends.

What about the area's that are Vuma Aerial and have the same pricing structure as Vuma. If I'm currently on 100/100 for R1199 will I be able to upgrade to 200/200?

Should be available across both trenched and aerial networks.

Bit strange as one has one response with a spike and the other has a bunch of packetloss.

The packet loss is probably because the timeout on the 2nd app is set at 700ms.

Traceroute would help more, especially using winmtr.

Interesting that DNS routes him to London Google pop instead of JHB one.
