LOL! At least you are getting 15MB/s, did you see my single threaded download? I never once said that the RD service itself is flawless. What I am saying is my single threaded downloads on CISP is a problem and that is what is causing my RD issues.

Single thread/multi thread is an indication that your equipment may be to blame. Depending on your shield's TCP buffer size (most devices are standard at 64KB), your issue might lie there:

Which explains why your multithread runs smoothly. A single TCP thread with a 169ms RTT is no an ISP problem, it's a physics problem.

Find a multithread player or a different service. It's impossible to assure anything beyond SA.

I saw your single thread result and it is meaningless to compare it with my 15MB/s since we can confirm that even 10Gbit connection is getting 9MB/s . 50x faster connection than my 200/200 fibre package, hosted in a professional datacenter and yet getting nearly half the speed I am getting.

So aside from speculating further on why who gets what speed it clears up the issue that the only common denominator is the same host that clearly is total trash.

EDIT: just tested your link again on my 200/200 CISP and lobehold now it is not going faster than 3MB/s. Case closed, horrible unreliable slow and most probably upload thread bandwidth restricted or just overloaded host.

Let's consider something here. Streaming services like Youtube and Netflix all deliver content in multithread streams - even though their CDNs are located as close to clients as possible (eliminating TCP latency issues)... If you want realtime streaming, multithread TCP is the only way to make sure it's reliable and that it works. Or ask RD to bring a server to SA and feed the Southern Hemisphere - hell ISPs are working tirelessly to bring services as close to you as possible which is why Google, Netflix, Facebook, Amazon, Cloudflare, Akamai, Apple, Microsoft and many many more are here. But the internet is not homogenous throughout the world, distance does matter - aside from the fact that distance costs real money. RD is taking your money to deliver a service, why not ask them to make it better?

The speeds im seeing with it on a 100mbit

One thing where i did see some poor download speed was when i requested a CaseWare Working Papers download which pulled from AWS EU West 3 i think. It was really slow then on multithread it was A okay.

All the speedtest results on the 10GBit connection hosted in professional US east datacenter. Wanted to get best possible results without doing testing twice.
