If the line has been configured and confirmed from our side we would issue you with these details and start billing. If the line hasn't been confirmed on our side we wouldn't. This is an issue that we've been experiencing with Britelink is they aren't updating the portal as they should be which delays the process.So when do I get these details? Also what mode do I select on my TP-Link router? Dynamic IP or PPPoE?
