Yes that was yesterday, my recent post shows problems on the route to the telia network as per post : #15,756 I have also logged this under : #COOL-20190213-218809

So not so lucky this evening.
UPS turned off after 15min, turn it back on, line sync, fx is orange and power blue light is not flashing, but not getting an IP.

This afternoon during loadshedding had no issues to reconnect every 15 min and get my IP.
 
Lights back on at my place but no internet. Can’t contact cool ideas support as its after 8pm anyone have a idea when after loadshedding internet will be back?
 
Using LTE during ruling party embargo.
I can tell you now, it runs circles around my supposedly “superior” FTTH connection.
Telkom LTE, what a winner, when it does work
 
Same story my side. A couple of minutes before the power came back on the internet died. CPE connected & happy, just no traffic.
So much for staying online with battery backup. Wish the lies would end.

I am over the lies.. honestly I took some good advice in this thread.
I will have the last laugh when all these fibre providers go belly up into business rescue because of clients dropping them

Experienced the same. And I ordered a new UPS just for this purpose today :-(
 
What I dont understand is this:

Power went out from 12 till 2 this afternoon (same volume and areas as 8 till 10 tonight)
Internet was up like 5 minutes later.

Now tonight's 8 till 10... power came back early...
No internet after 30 minutes...

Surely it should be the same volume of people trying to reconnect?
 
Trying to watch the CSGO major on twitch. 160p with three threads and still buffering.

Yep the network is broken, hopefully they can resolve it, extremely frustrating.
 
Anyone else having issues with cool ideas, sadv, fouways area?
