I'm confused now, I've been trying to query my "termination" for the past 7 hours. Still no word back besides being told by "The Big Chief" to basically **** off in live chat. It looks like I'm banned from live chat as well, as I do not get the option anymore.

Edit.. Also looks like I'm banned from making tickets to them or sending them emails, normally once you send it out you get a confirmation email saying they receive it. Which I don't for the email I used for my account, but do for another email address.

Unless you were involved somehow in dodgy/shady shyte, ala the leaks, I'd follow this up more than you currently are. Any time you're innocent of something, a massive stink would already have been made.

I have no clue, I'm trying to find this out. This is the actually the most disappointing part above all, taking so long to get information on what I did incorrectly.

I just sent them this link, they say you've already been asked to contact their legal department directly with any further queries.

I've sent them 3 emails, one at 9am, one at around 2pm and another at 3pm. Not a single response yet. Also spoke to live chat, no help - just got kicked off the chat and banned. "The Big Chief" himself knows I'm trying to get in contact, clearly he has his head up his ass to know that. I dont understand the problem here. A "communication" company is unable to communicate with me, they are spiraling down the ranks in terms of service pretty fast.

That is unfortunately the wrong answer. Explain to me why I must be at your will to get info from you guys. You could just send an email saying what actually happened, instead you chose to send a cryptic sms and not reply for the next 7+ hours.

I'm in one of those circle jobbies on your coverage map and right now, I'm hopelessly stuck on mobile data. I would like to know this myself, have not received any reply yet. I like how CWM quotes me but doesnt PM me telling me how I must communicate with them. Clearly I am not doing it correctly. Must I get a legal team?

There is one detail that I can share, not all the circles on the location map will be there from the getgo. "potential" areas..

Use a petabyte of open time data?

Running a criminal syndicate?
