Hey, when is the new portal going to be finished? Also, why depreciate an existing one way before the new one is finished? I may be blind, but where do I manage my details like my address, billing etc. I have no idea what is going on with my account atm. I also think I may run out of capped data... what can I do to get more before the end of the month?

Hi Chris,

We're sending daily usage mails with a cap split between midnight and 6am as well. If you're not receiving it one of the guys on live support can assist and can assist with any subscription changes. We deprecated the old login as running both systems would have caused more problems than it solved. Our current ETA for the new portals is to launch these end of this month...

Just to heap some additional praise for DJ and his CW team, I would like to say well done for the excellent service. Being on the home basic uncapped service, I feel that I am getting my money's worth by being able to stream, game, and browse with almost no issues. Keep up the good work and I hope you guys get more recognition for your tireless efforts in making the Internet a wonderful experience for us all!

When I stream SS, I often get that the last words or sentence of the commentators are repeated. It would be anything from one second up to fifteen seconds. This is extremely irritating.

Do you guys ever experience this? The picture quality most of the time stays the same, which normally is very good. I think it must be in the 720p region, although I'm only guessing, but it is very decent.

Refreshing the stream does not seem to help.

I have a 4Mbps line(exchange limited) using the Premium uncapped account.

Is it SS trying to keep up the quality?

Absolutely no idea. Never experienced this before. Could be a browser related plugin issue there. Could be your PC having caching issues as well. Best bet is to try another clean browser like Vivaldi and test again, and then another machine as well to try.

Can assure you that it's not a network related issue on our end...:)

Thank you. Will try your suggestions. Yeah, the picture quality is too good to be an ISP issue imo.

I just hoped that you had some experience with similar complaints.

Thanks, I am getting the mail, and it shows my total amount as close to my capped amount, does the total amount include the day time and midnight data?

You'll see a comment if you're on home capped with your data split.

I do always suggest that you hop on to chat with an agent as it can be a bit tricky to do this publicly on MyBroadband without disclosing your personal details, which we won't do. I'll also not be around this afternoon so won't be able to action anything until this evening or tomorrow some time...

Sent an email to billing yesterday and no reply today, considering you are going to suspend my account tomorrow because you can't link a line to an already in place debit order, which is quite annoying and disappointing...

I have experienced this same behaviour on SS with my works connection which is 100Mbps....so ja I put the fault at their end not yours.
