Looking that way. I'm nervous and pushing so hard on this. Deadline hasn't changed for the devs though and there's no update from them re: delay requests. I'd probably tell them to get stuffed and work harder if they sent one through though.

No issues at the moment in any of the Regions, Could you hop onto Live Chat for me so I can run some diagnostics with you?

Just an update regarding your line, We've sent off a few requests to the Relevant department's at Telkom. No proper feedback we can give at the current moment in time as they are looking into the feasibility of a shortening your loop to another DSLAM.

I want to upgrade to a 4mb line as well, if that makes any difference.

Always best to have a chat with support. I can assure you that right now if there are any issues, the likelihood of it being caused by us are slim to none... ;)
 
So any other CrystalWeb users also experiencing NO DSL Console Usage update for August?
I usually keep track of the hourly use as I have family next door sharing my WIFI... somedays they can pull 1Gig/hour...somedays 0 when they not there. I keep track of usage on the console so that I don't get capped or underuse the account esp in the last week of the month. I have been on the support chat and now I get daily totals emailed but there's been no confirmation when the DSL console will be active. So CrystalWeb has now become MudWeb :|
 
Shuan, does CW still look at helping non-CW customers?
I know there was a dedicated thread for it at some stage.

A friend dc's during gaming(PS4) and was told that his line is fine, so it "must be his router". Not sure who is his ISP.

He can hop on chat and we'll see if we can assist. He just needs to mention he's a customer, and must realise that paid customers come first if the guys are busy...
 
Really hoping you can resolve the line issue I reported last night. Way to much to do this weekend that requires internet.....I would owe you my first born if you can get it fixed.Staying optimistic :)
 
So my account is due for suspension, after I have issued a debit order for my account...Apparently I have outstanding line fees but why can't you just take it off my account? It shouldn't be to difficult for a simple task like that!!

Pls send this to billing to discuss. First invoices are paid by EFT or credit card, thereafter debit orders run at month end. We unfortunately cannot process a debit order run for individual customers else we'd be processing thousands of individual runs per month...
 
Seems to be running well. I'm in the berg. housesitter has racked up 100gig in the last week...
 
I think it's almost a year I have been with CW. Overall really pleased with everything.
