So this has just miraculously become the situation over the weekend, whilst it wasn't like that before? Also, NTV is a live streaming service, not a series download service - both types were equally affected.

Also, I got a PM from one of your former clients stating he got the same run-around after he saw my above posts, and his issues were also fixed by moving.

I'll be patient and stick it out for another month as I missed the cancellation date, as I'd like at least 1 of the parties to keep up an end of the bargain, so it might as well be me.

You want runarounds join AH, they are professional bull****ters over there.

You can gladly reset your router, run trace routes and test different accounts multiple times a week.

With regards to Kodi, here is what I've done:

1) Signed up with AllDebrid, RealDebrid and Premiumize (paid premium)

2) In Kodi, disabled all URLResolvers except for the above mentioned URLResolvers.

3) Input details for above mentioned URLResolvers.

4) In Genesis --> Addon Settings, input above mentioned URLResolvers.

5) Stream Genesis in HD.

Genesis will now only use sources for the URLResolvers used above. Since its premium, you get better speeds.

I have done this and I am able to stream anything through Genesis. There may be the odd movie or series that doesn't work, but everything else works.

DJ, can you give us any hints at the new packages that are being hinted at? I'm particularly interested in an 8Mbps uncapped premium account since it's the max my exchange can offer and I don't want to have to pay for 10Mbps until my exchange can support it.

+1

Also keen on getting into one of the 8Mb Premium Uncapped packages.

I can't pirate the latest movies in 1080p blame your ISP... I mean it could never be the shady sources you trying to stream from.

They've been fine all along, but thanks for your concern. And it's not 1080p. Perhaps read all posts before delivering mental diarrhea. Anyway, we took it to PM so no need for you to hurt yourself over here.

Hi DJ

Your support sergeant on livechat reckons I can have a vdsl line without paying Telkom R189 for line rental

Just saw that now. He has been corrected and won't be making the same mistake again.

Thank you for letting me know...

If CW keeps this up I'm a happy camper otherwise I'll call all the reccies, koevoet, special taskforce, nigerians I know to start some serious re-education at CW.
Oh and BTW this is a http download without a download manager

[-]Just wanted to give a HUGE thanks to CW, specifically Private Support.

I won't say exactly what he did, because he bent the rules a bit for me :p

Excellent customer service, absolutely outstanding.

Keep up the great work.[/-]

I've been using XBMC/KODI for years. The sources deteriorate daily. 9 out of 10 times its the source not the ISP.

No concern at all, just pointing out that your argument was sht...

Guys, could you someone please give me the details for the CW news server.

Preferably SSL.

I have news.crystalweb.co.za (port 563)

With username and password same as internet account.

Not authenticating though, what am I doing wrong?

Username and password is not the same as the internet account for the news server. Your welcome email will provide all relevant details of the news server and it's config or an agent can assist with any authentication issues...

Is anybody else experiencing issues on CW? My connection authenticates, but no webpages can open, neither can I ping anything without packet loss. If I didn't know better, I would have suspected throttling.

Well we quite simply don't have a throttling mechanism, and even if we did, throttling would imply reducing throughput rates, so certainly not that I can assure you.

From my side it sounds a lot like nothing to do with throttling and an actual serious connectivity issue. Have you spoken to anyone on support yet?

Reckon it is a Telkom area issue in Centurion, tested it with another account and could not open anything, pings are very erratic.
