Portals rolling out at the moment. Everyone will receive logins over the next 24 hours. Please do not ask support for yours early - once auto-generated your login details will be sent automatically to you. I have disabled the functionality for support staff to manually create logins for the system...

Not to be nit picky but 24 hours have come and gone with no portal info on my account.

It is going out. Early guys have been asked to keep it quiet. Still releasing the details out to everyone, but we spotted an issue with the way the peak and off-peak were reporting so we're just pushing some changes with the devs right now (I've not stopped with them today) and will send to everyone at once...

Eish if I upgrade to 8mb I'll need to move to a capped account.

Often a good choice when upgrading speeds...

Must have a different way of measuring 24 hours over there at CW. Not received mine yet and its closer to 48 hours then 24 now...
 
Having some issues with North American servers today, 450+ ping instead of my usual CW 260. Anything up?

Rolling out at the moment. We're just pulling data onto the production servers. Terabytes of data are being pulled in right now, so some functions are disabled for the time being while we do this. But logins are currently being sent out.

Nothing we're aware of at all. Our pipes are running beautifully - no issues on any test data nor automated checking either, so seems isolated. Spoken to anyone on support yet?
 
Nah, didn't wanna bug anyone as yet. Everything else is fine, streaming and any site out there, just seeing high ping and packet loss in game and only CW atm. Lemme do some other tests and then get in touch with support.

Yeah..it's getting old now. If there are hold ups then just say so...dragging it out like this with false eta's is starting to irritate me unfortunately :(
 
Is there a problem with support today? Got a ticket sitting for 3 hours now without a response. It's usually pretty quick. :(

It's rolling out. I'm sorry if you've not yet got yours.

I am more frustrated than you, I can assure you. I am in the process of "clearing the path" for deployment to everyone, which is code for kicking people off the project who are not pulling their weight and who are causing issues...
