Hi Pano,

I suggest you contact your bank and request a refund of the transaction that you paid to Domain Cheap.
You have sufficient information to support your case and your bank should be willing to assist.

This really is an unfortunately situation and its a pity that clients have to fight like this for their money.

I finally got the epp code & the domain has been transferred to another provider.
so thats one headache gone.

Glad to hear that some of it is resolved Pano, good luck with those refunds.
 
Webafrica are an absolute joke. I have zero response on my request to sort a billing issue since the 23rd. I stand to lose my domain because of their utter lack of response.

Stay away from this poorly managed company, people. Domaincheap had issues before but nothing as bad as the travesty that now exists.
