Ran a few tests on ethernet at 23:00 with no devices and minimal activity on my network. I also sent these results to them. I'm still unable to play Real debrid streams!

try enabling QOS on your router.

Thanks. Will try on Sat morning. I called them now. It's great that they have customer service open till 10 but its useless if they are not very savy. He didn't know what was real debrid or kodi. Asked me to Google fibre speed test. Thought I had my fair share of these agents at Cool Ideas but I guess they everywhere. Instead I asked him to log a call with their carrier and Metro. I'm still unable to play any streams, even 500mb ones. I tried a different addon and another computer. Def the line service.

i wouldn't over-complicate the issue by mentioning kodi and company, just keep it simple for "support" and stick to i have a "jitter" problem and can't game or something, include pingplotter and try a few dslreport tests a focus on bufferbloat, actually, what does your bufferbloat look like (make sure u not running pingplotter)?

I've been meaning to open the box of the tenda router i got from them a while back to replace the d-link i got from afrihost as i believe it has unstable wifi, then i'll look if there is some kind of qos.
when doing pingplotter, don't do any speedtests or anything as that can affect your ping without qos.
 
Last night I was able to watch a few episodes flawlessly. Was excited and thought they fixed something on their end. Got home today and nothing works. Really getting frustrating now.

Got home early today. All my streams play flawlessly... Blu-ray.. Atmos.. All working. Speed tests are looking better. If I encounter issues again during peak hours then they definitely shaping

not shaping but congestion at your exchange in which case changing isp's won't help.
 
That would give me limited choices then. Hope it's not this.
that's why i mentioned not shaping as this is what most people assume then do nothing, you need to stay on their case if it continues, on as many social media outlets as possible, they hate that.

Frogfoot had major issues.
 
I must admit that the experience was pleasant today. No issues experienced. The international speed tests are boggling though considering I don't have issues. HC ran a home network scan. They have all my info wrong.i only have 1 router so a single gateway yet they state I have more than 1 nat. Then they state I have a repeater on my lan. Instead my setup is a single Ubiquiti AP connecting to the router. Got a feeling they beating around the bush.
