BTWI have been trying to cancel my existing line with them since Saturday. The portal will not let me cancel it and the customer care agent said to me they will have to speak to their developer in order to get it cancelled. I spoke to them again yesterday afternoon after trying to get someone to get back to me all day and it turns out their developer works from India.........
Make of that what you will.
As of right now my line is still not cancelled......my months notice I intend to be the month of July and start with Afrihost in August....hopefully.
I spoke to them about a similar query:
If you want to you can cancel immediately once you do the payment for the extra months notice etc, and afrihost will refund you for that within R5k!
