Probably just a Samsung panel. Most cheapo TV's are Samsung/LG panels since they are the largest panel producers AFAIK.

There's more to a TV than the panel but yeah that's a good deal. Personally I'd stick to Samsung/LG HD Ready which go for R4,999 now.

Well, what people usually say is that almost all lcd parts come from either samsung, lg, or phillips, and that you can only really know if a TV is good or not is by looking at it yourself, or checking out reviews of it. I actually want to buy that tv just for the sake of reviewing it, and then to sell it again. I'm just finding out the delivery costs first.

I live quite far away from Bloemfontein and wondered if anyone in the area could go down there or call them to check it out. These prices are very cheap and I am afraid it might be too good to be true.

I spent a fair chunk of time looking at those Mecer monitors...

They're great for simple applications, but as a TV, not very much at all... any normal brand will blow them out the water

Hi guys I called direct deals I asked them to beat the price of the Euroline 32 advertised ion 24 hours and they said they cannot beat online deals
Even though it's clearly stated on their website and pamphlets that we beat any price
The manager tells me 24 hours are hosting a limited special so it does not apply
