i've decided to cancel. the sooner the better. can't take this anymore. this is an every night thing. with torrents on or off, speeds are bad. - enough.

News Server has not hit near high speed for past 3 days, no matter what time of the day 348k Durban, mainly stuck on 25KB/s. All other protocols are full speed after hours.

Browsing is very slow......... Times out, or just white screens when I click on links........................ Happening more often lately, getting sick of it. Thinking of going back to afrhost capped tbh (something I never thought I'd say).

If I cancel now, will I only be free of it the 30th of August?

I aslo noticed significant browsing degradation early this morning before I left for work on both international and local. Durban based.

Last night, I had a sudden loss of international traffic and a hicup for about 10 minutes then everything came back. I origionaly thought it may be this seacom maintenence but maybe not.

My Mweb account is R539 a month I get a download speed that is worse than that of a 56k modem. I paid R1 for an afrihost uncapped account yet there I get the download speed of a 4MB line.

Stay the hell away, they are nothing more than a bunch of fraudsters.

people are more likely to complain when things go wrong than to compliment when things are right. think about it.

So, over the last couple of weeks (2 maybe 3) I've been happy with MWEB again.

At night (late) I get full speeds and during the day it gets cut to about on average 100KB which I'm perfectly okay with.

This is how I expect the service to be from MWEB and so long they keep this up - I'm happy - I want a happy standard with them... so far, I'm getting it.

I can't even connect to my paid newserver, what the hell is up with that? Mweb news isn't worth using for me as the stuff I download is never cached, so I pay for a premium server and now I can't even connect to it? Please explain MWeb.
