Just had to unlock my account via the control panel (using spare capped ISP) and was then able to authenticate. Just a heads up to anybody else having the same issue. Any word on what could cause this?

Telkom port change...
 
I see there's mention of the plan to be like other ISPs. On the contrary. No other ISP really does dynamic shaping like this any longer. It's all pretty fixed these days, whether it be star based, percentage usage based, and/or set %values for the shaping of certain protocols...

And looking at those terms and thresholds they beat any other ISP hands down even AF...

It don't matter, Keoma puts what ever figure he wants there. Tomorrow it will be 300gigs wth 4MB and only 100 accounts left so hurry.
It's all a con, it's not unshaped, yes they do throttle and it's shared :p

You and Paul should take OW douche-bag copying as a sign of success. Having another ISP imitate your product is the ultimate compliment.

Having a particularly bad internet day today on my account. Even browsing is tough and requires several reloads on every 2nd or 3rd page. CW has logged another fault with Telkom to investigate the possibility that the issues stem from the routing on Telkom's side as my WA account has no issues and does not see crazy packet loss via WinMTR.

3 weeks into it and I'm getting a bit fidgety. So much I need to catch up on, especially game updates on PC and PS4.

I offer line ADSL line as sacrifice to your new network. I'll take one for the team and help test it out for you guys :D
