Okay I'm tired of this packet loss that only occurs on this account.

Can someone please tell me at what stage does the traffic move on to the Crystal Web network?
A fault I reported I reported just got closed with a message that they could find no error on my line.

Support told me that it starts from the exchange, but I would like to know on which hop I move to the CW Network, just to get my facts straight.

Diablo 3 was unplayable lat night. Switched over to my backup account.
High 1800ms latency spikes.
