Told you I specifically tested your service you had troubles with and put it on our list of priority things to get right.

Also helps when you are as patient and courteous with our staff as you've been. We tend to then bend over backwards for customers. :)

I can attest to that. Service is 100%
 
I did the survey yesterday and marked my answers according to how I thought the new network would perform - I was right :D

Network quality was sub-par for a while but we've at least always tried our damndest on support and been honest about the issues as well. Final piece of the puzzle looks to be resolved now as well, and I may be able to start relaxing a little and not working 20 hours per day. * :D
