Would you liken CW Capped to WA Home or Business Capped?

We used their home profiles for capped. We also have the business capped profiles setup and will be releasing this (hopefully) this week still.
 
So being with Crystal Web for a week or two now and I am very happy with the service. Not a moments issue and apparently already pulled 55GB of data... ons one things... :D
 
Had troubles with WA capped - bought a CW account - seems I bought exactly what I had - unimpressed.
 
Best of my knowledge assia is certainly still in play. As for line management, we work with WA under their license for this which is why it reflects as such from an administration perspective...

TelkomZA replied again and apparently it is now all up to my ISP to sort this out, my constitutions are unfavorable :erm::erm::erm::erm::erm:

This may sound stupid but my ISP account isn't authenticating, is it possible to get a test account from you guys for a few mins just to check if it's a line issue or an ISP issue?

CW, what is the main difference btw the 2 ?

I've had problems (read:slow and buffering) streaming certain video protocols with WA home capped (normal or pro) and find it worse than AH or VOX capped for Netflix, BBC iPlayer & XBMC/Kodi streams like OSS for sports etc.

Is this related to the home profile rules ?
 
National network update:

Over the next week (until next week Friday), it is possible that your exchange may go down for up to 7 hours for maintenance and upgrades of the Telkom network. This is happening nationwide and there's no clear indication yet of which exchanges will go down at which times. During this time you may lose DSL sync entirely, but rest assured this is in all likelihood not a fault, but a symptom of the nationwide Telkom network upgrades being performed, and your connection will be restored in a few hours, in a hopefully better state than ever.
