Nope. No star rating system on uncapped. It's dynamic shaping. Streaming, gaming, and other real-time services are never shaped. Only downloads shape dynamically. No throttling either.

Our uncapped (as is currently on the website) is intended for those who game, stream, and download, but we encourage large download queues or gaming downloads to fire off from midnight (which all downloaders allow for) as these can be massive and place a lot of strain on the network. Customers who wish to use home uncapped to leave all downloads running all day long will eventually find we'll request them to download from midnight instead. It's really about maintaining a healthy network for everyone without us having to be punitive with throttling. The more responsible customers we have, the better, and the less likelihood there will be that we'll ever introduce punitive measures on the uncapped side.
 
Do you guys have a app for android and ios in the works for maintenance on your adsl lines like to recreate ports and resync?

We certainly do, and part of the new development behind the scenes has been to make this possible. :)

Resync however has been removed from Telkom's Wholesale systems. No ISP currently has access to it, but there are new features being introduced by them to ISPs soon.
 
Thanks for your response, we will probably go for a 300gb capped account, as 40mb uncapped is a teeny bit out of their price range ;)

Can someone recommend me a downloader with a scheduler please? (Win8.1)
I previously used the free version of IDM, but for some reason I can't find one that doesn't have a lot of malware/Toolbars or is cracked.

Most of these tools seem to want to install their adware services these days, which is quite disappointing. I quite like DAP, but I think it also wants to install adware. Rule of thumb: always read the installation wizard before clicking next. Most allow the option not to install these during the install process.

This is the same software I previously used and is more than good enough for my needs.
I downloaded it sometime last week, but it wanted me to install some toolbar and it killed the installation if I declined. Wasn't from this site though.

This is amazing. Just NO buffering.

Downloads are slow obviously, as expected, before midnight, but streaming is my main priority now, and it's working 100% with you guys.

That's 3.9.5. Avoid the FDM 5 Preview, it's a step backwards, no idea what they were thinking.
