I wouldn't hold my breath.

I have given up asking, if I have to hear next month or soon one more time I will lose my cool lol.

On a side note: No sooner than I give a positive review of CW, that awful packet loss decides to hit D3. Playing with 3 DH in the party, anytime the screen got a bit full my latency would shoot up from 180ms (mmm nice) to very high numbers, I clocked over 4000ms at one stage. Left it for tonight now, but I really hope I don't see that next week when the patch hits :)

Guys, firstly sorry for posting this here, as it's not a CW related problem, but aside from me waiting for a response from Telkom, CW is my last bastion of hope for help.

The question: where would my problem lie if that line diagnostic tool (MTR?) records EVERY fifth packet as a loss? In the same period of testing, running a tracert to any website now ALWAYS results in the second hop being a timeout, thereafter going through at what I'd call 'normal' times (~14ms).

Telkom (I REALLY hope just for testing) lowered my profile to 5mbps, from 10.... however just waiting for Google.co.za to fully load could take upward of 30 seconds. This was not constant, but happened regularly enough for me to notice.
The cherry on top for me was my inability to connect to any game in Mechwarrior Online. Logging in is fine, but there were other reports of people experiencing the same problem if you had major stability problems with your connection, citing packet losses and UDP(?) loss as the reason... I just don't know enough about what's wrong on my side to know that the aforementioned is the problem.

Any guidance/help would be great, while waiting for Telkom.

Had a similar issue, was my cat doing cat things on an unused Telkom wire somewhere.

Unplug everything connected to the line, check all possible breakages in every line or extension you have and try using another filter or connecting the modem to the line directly.

Hardly (but I think you just did :D ). I'm not aware of any issues. I've just checked and there are no accounts, and no oustanding balances due either, and a statement was sent out to reflect as such as well too.

Did you have a chat with support at the time?

Even if it's just to let us know, and send us some data, it's best as we then have some solid info to work with. It's nigh on impossible to look back at a connection to see after the fact what may have been going on as logging application layer usage is not legal here, so we're a bit hamstrung in this regard. But from the data I can pick up here, there were no issues at all on the network at the time of your post so hopefully just something intermittent with your connection that doesn't return.
