Indeed. Seems that exchange congestion is pretty much the standard response for anything over there.

The best would be to hop to their website and ask their support ... They will have you sorted within few minutes . Also will be a lot easier

This is my biggest concern. WA was great to start out, Wage was awesome, and as they grew quickly, Wage was removed and shaping policies were tightened up.

Lets hope it doesnt go the same way, although it seems inevitable at the end of the day.

Yes they do have smaller packages - just go to Live Chat on their site and ask for it

Talking about ISP side or Adsl side as I haven't had any problems with the ISP in gaming or downloads.

I only see 450 gb package do they have anything lower?

Its as easy as going to www.crystalweb.co.za and using the online chat. Speak to someone, they will give you options for whatever you want.
