It's manually verified at the moment. Of all days to be announced top ISP in SA, this was the worst, as we're deploying new systems, which means my staff are all working overtime to do vetting and provisioning. I even hired some extra hands today for this, but the uptake has been tremendous. Luckily it's not impacting on network quality which was my biggest fear, but it looks like we got our numbers right again.
I do apologise for the delay though. It's not normal, and our automated systems will be back up over the next 48 hours. They tie into the new portals and systems, which is why we had to pull them for a while as we deploy our new features.
