Must be honest, I have not been enjoying my Crystal web account. Streaming is not nearly as good for me as it was on other ISP's and the shaping applied to torrents are insane, my speeds are crap even in the middle of the night.

How does cancelling work?

How long is the notice period?

I stream Netflix HD, Raspberry PI HD, and sometimes multiple stream... and I have never had a glitch, not even a hesitation.... I don't Torrent at all though. Not even one teeny-weeny one :p

So, I am always confused when people say that they have streaming issues, maybe I am just lucky here in Big Bay, Cape Town. :whistle:

Keep in mind that you're on an unshaped account.

I don't torrent during the day, well except for today because torrent speeds were too damn slow... I mean dial up might have been faster.

I think the norm for most companies have been that mybroadband forums give better responses than their own inhouse support systems. Not saying that crystal web does the same, but most other ISP's regular support channels aren't worth much

Precisely GhostR. If you have issues hop onto LiveChat and CW will help you sort things out. Its not gonna happen immediately on the forums.

So what? Response is more complete here.

It will take longer to get a response here, And the oke was asking for cancellation periods? How much more "complete" of a response can you get on here vs live chat?

It makes more sense to go onto Live chat directly and get a response immediately vs waiting for a response from Shaun here.

Everyone can make their own choices for their own reasons. Mine being that I have had better luck on the forum than I have had experiences with live chat. Is that okay with you? or would you like me to delete my posts and go on live chat?
