Is anyone else getting shaped to hell right now?
I'm on Premium Business uncapped and only getting half my line speed.
This is pathetic.
 
Busy with support as I am on Home Premium Uncapped and can hardly do anything.
 
Just got home and flatmate has been complaining of slow torrents all day.

NNTP seems to be fine though.
 
Support person was for friendly who really tried to help.
 
Looks like I am being shaped today, 10mb uncapped account. Got reconnected yesterday after being offline for 2weeks so I haven't downloaded anythng the entire month. Max speed on uploaded.net servers 200kb. Torrents dismal. Another isp who I shall not mention gives me full line speed against same servers. This makes me sad. Was a good train for awhile, guess it's time to get off at the next exit.

I'm sure support will assist you in getting full speed on your unshaped account.

What account do you have, out of interest?
 
How long should it take for a account to activate ? Kinda desperate and missing the afrihost instant activation.

There's home and business.

Under the home category, There is Home Uncapped Basic, Home Uncapped Premium and Home Capped.

I am currently on Home Uncapped Premium, And am smacking torrents at the moment at between 23 - 25mbps.

So, Your statement is quite incorrect about home accounts just being used for browsing.
 
Home uncapped premium account here - streaming has been up and down, but running well for the most part, however p2p and nntp is running dog-slow.

Hopefully just some unexpected network congestion, but I'm fine as long as streaming doesn't die.
