No they have not. I've also sent private messages. Deafening silence.I have noticed the same trend from last week. I was hoping a CW rep had responded to your other posts regarding this. Have they?
Exactly!They are definitely shaping it, no doubt about it. Question is, is this just while there are IPC issues? Or will this shaping be alleviated when that is resolved?
Well, I am still a HUGE CW fan....... No speed issues at all. I must note that I DO NOT DOWNLOAD at all. I am a STREAMER, which is what CW is excellent at
HD streaming all night looooooooong baby !!!!
I do have a Business Premium account but as I always say: "you get what you pay for".... get a standard "VW Polo" account, but expect a "Porsche" account, well don't. That isn't how the real world works.
So far, I have had the 5-star treatment from technical, accounts and customer service, so I am sticking with the best ISP I have experienced here in SA. Forget about: Afrihost, VOX Telecom, Axxess, MWEB and the rest... I have tried them all... if you stream, then CW is the only choice![]()
