Not sure what games you are playing, but in Diablo3 I'm getting between 180-200ms ping which is good, when i was on Uncapped Premium I got around 180ms constantly. In CSGO on the local servers i get around 20ms ping, obviously depending on where the server is hosted. If you are do Torernt downloads your speed might not be that great, but the times i've used torrents to download something it finished easily between 12-6am.

I play BF4 on PS4, I'm lucky if I get less than 230ms :-( So are you saying that Torrents are shaped? If it is constantly slow then that means shaped. Will I be able to get at least 600Kb/s download on my 10Mbps line?

Torrents are shaped in the day depending on what package you are on.
Gaming is not shaped on any package.
Well in all honesty, CW shapes torrent traffic on most of the accounts. I'm not sure what speeds I'm getting cause I'm not really using torrents to download stuff, the few times I used it, I queued the downloads and went to bed, next morning it was done.
@Paul and @Steph - http downloads and mac OS X updates, plus thinkbroadband speedtest appear better this morning but still with noticeable shaping (Steph sent you something last night, you can see the speedtest to the UK spike on my home capped account then it's throttled down aggressively, while the test account goes like a boeing)
Will continue to monitor - what news from upstream provider as to why it was crawling yesterday ?

Feedback on 4mb Premium Uncapped post IPC upgrade:
Speed tests after the IPC upgrade were perfect (although I'm guessing that this is not a true reflection of performance thanks to traffic prioritisation to these servers).
Streaming however is still mid-par. I have to force HD on Youtube and even then I get occasional buffering. Netflix also seems to be having issues getting to HD. The majority of the time it stream at 480p and jumps to 720p for a second or two before jumping back.
Torrents and news downloads weren't that great, but that would be acceptable as long as the streaming was working perfectly.

Fortunate enough to work from home today.
My home capped account is working flawlessly now.
Can watch YouTube in 720p60fps no problem.

Afrihost, apart from poor latency, is much better with almost full line speed NNTP.

I think I'm going to shout out here to all IS capped account users and use a phrase that I hope will catch on.
