OpenWeb ADSL Feedback Thread (Pt2)

So , does anybody have any fixes for the Openweb problems as I have tried around 20 of their fixes this week... Or is it really a case of changing ISP after 2 weeks at Openweb

If you have read the thread then you should quite easily be able to answer your own question ;)
 
I probably would have stayed till the end of the month if their customer service and Zelda werent absolute morons.

The problem is, is that you never know which "support" you are actually talking to. It's probably all Athol (he's the athole who owns this POS company) and his Dissociative Identity Disorder...
 
Everything has gone horribly wrong with there service. I've been a client for somewhat 4 years now but since beginning of April speeds are non existent. Migration to the mynetwork.co.za account was the downfall. Im shopping around and Afrihost which I have mobile data with looks like the sensible option.
