Well, it's pretty clear you're being shaped right up until around 3:15. Thereafter it's "best effort" til around 5:45, then it looks like some sort of shaping kicked in again.

Looks like the connection was hard throttled till just after 3am (pretty much a flat line at 400kB/s) there after shaped till 6.30am-ish and then the connection died or the download stopped.

All thats needed is a email to have the core reset...

EDIT: or an account with "alternate" routing...

I really think people should head over to their Facebook page and give the 29,000 likes they have some TLC posting the truth about OW.
They probably have 29,000 suckers using their accounts.
