He is A shape according to his diagrams. You must be in shape. Why TF are you in this thread ?![]()
Pretty much, although...are you weighing yourself at the start of the day after a wee and poo naked without any food/water or what what?
How much lower do you need/want to go and for what reason?OVERALL STATS:
Start 2023: 106.5 kg
Start 2024: 81.3 kg
End Jan: 80.8 kg (-0.5 kg)
End Feb: 79.6 kg (-1.2 kg)
End March: 78.3 kg (-1.3 kg) [New scale]
End April: 76.75 kg (-1.55 kg)
End May: 74.70 kg (-1.80 kg)
End June: 74.60 kg (-0.10 kg)
I think I've hit my plateau where I don't think I'm going to go much lower. Have been taking in more calories to fuel my runs, so weight loss is a bit stagnant now.
I'm pretty happy with where I'm at now. I could maybe look at losing another 2-4 kg since my body fat % is still high (based on smart scale readings, of course taken with a bag of salt!).How much lower do you need/want to go and for what reason?
I would suggest it is a good time to get a reasonable estimate of your body fat and start thinking in terms of body composition instead of weight loss. At this point, you will probably have to go to more extreme measures to drop more weight (fat) and you may actually benefit from focusing on picking up a little more muscle with resistance training.
Diet wise, the next step is probably to look into timing your calorie intake before and after your workouts to support your effort and recovery. That's the next level up.
Also Google 'Recomping' and see if you think that will be something you want to do.
take an average weight over a week, on just a single day measurement, it can be misleading either way.are you weighing yourself at the start of the day after a wee and poo naked without any food/water or what what?
Detox slowly and resume light training whilst getting back on eating plan.Returned after 1 month holiday. Need I say more ? I refuse to go near weighing scale.
Thanks. In one month, we were in different places every 3-4 days but I did manage to walk about 5K steps every day on an average so not too bad but I also ate quite a bit so expecting 1kg gain at least.Detox slowly and resume light training whilst getting back on eating plan.
Looks like all those walks did help in not gaining weight.Thanks. In one month, we were in different places every 3-4 days but I did manage to walk about 5K steps every day on an average so not too bad but I also ate quite a bit so expecting 1kg gain at least.

But now restarted with no food intake after 6pm as that worked so well for first 4-5 months this year. I kind of relaxed that rule later.
Plenty of walking last month has had unexpected benefit. Size 36 jeans also needs belt. I was almost size 40 beginning of year.
Next target - 85kg by October end.
