All the Christmas carbs came with a hefty helping of added water weight. Should hopefully improve once I'm back at work from tomorrow and more active again.
Cutting out snacks and putting the hard work in to get more active. Went from doing nothing, to making sure I get loads of steps in and doing around a 6-7K run daily.Amazo! How'd you do it?
Dairy is generally considered part of a carnivore diet by many, as it comes from animal sources.I've developed the newest fad diet to help me shed my holiday weight. I call it 45-45-10.
45% pure carnivore
45% vegan
10% things that are neither carnivore nor vegan (e.g. dairy)

Doesn’t work for me since I eat straight butter.Instead of painstakingly counting calories for every product, a good alternative is to just weigh your food and multiply by 3, and then adjust according to what you ate. On average 500g of food is 1500 calories.
Your daily calorie consumption should be your target weight in pounds x 12.
So if you looking to reach 80kg (175 pounds) then you should look to have no more than 700g/day.
Obviously it would be of greater benefit if the 700g is low in calories or if a lot of it is water weight.
Intermittent fasting will ensure you have the 700g in a smaller window of time so at no point would you feel hungry.
