Our Uncapped can only get better.
Considering it went from being an acceptable product to what it is now, that's debatable.

I read it as "our product is at rock bottom so there is only one way we can go and that is get better"![]()
I thought it was a candid moment of honesty from WA
I guess it's safe to say that you guys got FlagShipped™. I guess better will be when
The unfortunate thing about this is that it will probably only hold true for the first few months. Then it's going to fill up with more users, and the quality will degrade to the point where it's pretty much the same as any other offering. It's unfortunate, but that's pretty much the way every new uncapped offering goes.
I see your point - However, we have a high quality performance network to ourselves, so performance is not likely to degrade. Measures are in place to prevent the network from being pancaked.
I don't agree with all the view points in this thread
Hi Graal, I've gone through the thread carefully and made lots of notes for all the recent issues. For now, I'd rather just focus on getting them fixed for everyone.Would you care to point out what you don't agree with, perhaps?
PS. Please keep the feedback coming though - it always helps us prioritise our focus and keeps us honest!

enough folks has left and it seems better.
Track record doesn't seem that good to me:
WA: We have enough bandwidth [pic]
WA: It's bit embarrassing we don't have enough bandwidth [pic]
WA: Download as much as you want, rolling windows will take care of rest [pic]
WA: Download too much and we will discontinue you [pic]*
WA: Our uncapped can only get better [pic]
WA: ????

Then if there anything still pending in the coming weeks, lets continue the discussion?
Fair enough, but I'm going to hold you to that.
I'm especially anxious to hear what's what regarding the rolling windows, seeing as it seems to be used as a punishment for heavy users, and not a means to lighten the load on the network.
1. Network: we're adding a lot of extra capacity onto the Network, we ordered it a few weeks back, but are just waiting for Telkom to come to the party (will hopefully be this week).
