I'm also starting today.

Weight - 115
Goal
Loose belly and go down to at least 95 by 30 March. So that's roughly 10 weeks for 20kg's.
What I will be doing
I have already started drinking less coffee and less sugar. Cutting out all fizzy drinks and beer. This will be replaced by water.
I don't eat a lot of bread, so that's a win already.
Meat will be baked or grilled and not fried.
Joining a gym tonight to do start cardio. I'm very very unfit.
I currently only eat ProNutro for breakfast without adding sugar(I know it contains sugar already) Your thoughts on ProNutro or what suggestions are there as an alternative that is quick and easy as ProNutro?
Fry your meat in butter or Olive oil, dump the cereal for breakfast and switch to eggs
