Throttling/Shaping on CW while downloading torrent's.

Anyone else been experiencing... I'm on a capped package, which have specifically been said does not get chapped at all.

Reason I join CW was their NO SHAPING policy.

G

I'm having the same problem the past couple of days. On Home Uncapped Premium and have been a supporter since they started testing their network. Never had a problem till now. Seems they introduced an automated monitoring system that de-prioritises users with high usage.
Torrents are unusable even during the 12-8am allotted time slot for "heavy" downloads.Untitled.jpg

@Crystalweb stop advertising a product you don't offer, also it's the end of November and I have yet to see pricing of mobile data

Some info about Crystal Mobile definitely would be nice...

Thank god for the 6pm uncapped window.

Anyone know what ever happened to the usage portal? Still in development?

No idea.

With it being December as well I don't expect any new developments till Feb next year.

Oh well. Will keep waiting.

This would be disappointing, if true. I guess they'll never confirm it, though.

They did??? Never heard of it.

Does that mean it's cool to schedule news server downloads during those times?

Yup.

I drag down the odd thing here or there during the day every so often.

Though my need to "download the net" ended years ago, I've yet to see any slowdown on anything I download in the day.

K cool. Yea, I donwload very little, mainly asking because I want to toe the line and not screw things up for everyone.

00:00 to 18:00 = Open Time

Except for those who have "open time" from midnight till 6 and those who have "open time" from 18 till 8. And then there are those who have no "open time" at all.

In other words, check Crystal Web's website for info on the "open time" for your service, if any. If you're on Business Standard Uncapped, it's from midnight till 6 and you can't find that info on the website.

Anybody else seeing BS drops in speed? My sync speed dropped from 30Mbps to 2Mbps (attainable from 34Mbps to 13Mbps). According to CW this is related to openserve maintenance. Anybody else with the same issue?

Nope....I'm streaming right now with no problems. But then again....I'm not going over 8mb of my 20mb line.
