I see Suan mentioned routers are available. I don't see anything on the website or did I just miss it ? Or where can I get more info?

On all sign up pages you can add a modem-router to your order, fully preconfigured with your login details, and with all WiFI security setup. So truly plug and play.

Quick update for home capped customers:

The good news: gave you guys all some extra, free, peak data this month. You'll see so in your usage emails. If you're not receiving your usage emails, just hop on chat and one of the guys will configure it again for you.

The bad news: old portal is not up right now: the new portals are deploying this month and so daily usage stats are going out instead. You'll also receive notifications from us at 75%, 90%, and 95% of your cap now as long as the usage notifications are set up.

Also seems to be affecting standard Business Capped, no usage on older portal.

Yes, it will. I think it was you who created the usage app from the old end-points and it's one of the reasons I was weary of encouraging further development there as I knew it would break eventually and didn't want to waste your time there.

No plans for Mikrotik?

There are plans. But it's confusing for new customers as it's not a modem, so need to figure out a better way of introducing the Mikrotik stuff. Website is being revamped entirely as well.

I wish there was a VDSL modem only: no WIFI,eth ports etc.
2 Reasons:
1. Cheap to replace and easy to isolate electricity wise from the rest of your network.
2. Running a opensource firewall/trafficmanager for stats

Managed to find out where I can see my capped business usage. I'm not sure if that is intended or not, so won't mention it.

Account managed to sync. P2P traffic (Destiny in Xbox One) is glitchy as ever.

Works fine for 30min and kicks me. Painfully annoying while you are in the middle of a raid.
Please fix.
We have, and there's nothing we're doing to this traffic to cause the issue you experience with Destiny. I've looked into it, IS have, but you have the same issues in contention and completely uncontended environments, and with different routing we tested behind the scenes. I honestly have ruled out as much as possible on our side to the point that I'm fairly confident in saying that this is either an issue on your end or with Destiny themselves. Or perhaps the peers. There's also absolutely nothing that happens in 30min intervals on the network either...
