while not a CW client, I will be moving to fibre in next few months.
Albeit DJ banned, I would expect better comms through CW proxy which has been sadly missing.
Toss-up between CW and Cool_Ideas(cisp, from what I have seen, decent service and representation on mybb) - on Vumatel open access in Gardens/Cape Town

Yep, my usage email is also finally reporting normal vs. open time data.

But sadly my speeds are down to half of what I'm paying for again. They clearly are completely useless. I'm jumping ship

I'm happy with email, showing total send and received and then secondary also what I've used during the cape usage period, and my cap amount.

and ye they can probably do it nicely with html tagging, but this is accurate and the info is there.

Speeds for what? What connection do you have?

My account has been flying since the home capped profiles were fixed.

Telkom 100mb.

It's the same issue all 100mb Telkom fibre clients have been having since the 1st. I think they are still deploying and testing their fix.

Once the official notice of it being fixed comes through I'll throw my toys again if mine is not fixed.

May have to jump on support today, lank packet loss from the 6th hop upwards ..... something is amiss.

Looks like usage emails are sorted out at least

I'm not completely sure about that...

Comment: 67GB used -- 18h00-00h00 Cap -- 150GB

Last month I was on "Busniess Standard Capped 100GB". This month I again paid for "Business Standard Capped 150GB". Support gives conflicting answers and doesn't really seem to know which package I'm on, and now the usage email suggests that I have been downgraded to their home capped product.
