A bit off topic, but what do you guys use to watch US Netflix?

I tried both unotelly and getflix with neither of them working.

I've heard it works with expressvpn or nordvpn - but I don't bother with netflix any more
when they sort their SA catalogue out I might reconsider.
 
Any news on the Mobile Data offerings?

Looking to switch from my terrible Axxess service and might as well throw my lot in with CW for my mobile data too...

I think they forgot about that or maybe we get it after the portal???

Because I vaguely remember reading something about a new portal in October and mobile data in November???

Except for those 2 things, my DSL performs much better than it did at previous ISP's.
 
Flip, I have been having cr@p connection the past while. These are my current stats

What time does support close on saturday? No live chat available as at 8:30pm.

OK, after finally getting on to the site I saw that live chat closes at 5pm

Had a problem with an unstable line and at 10pm I got assistance from Live Chat. Much respect. Line is perfect again! Service is amazing. Thanks guys!
 
Throttling/Shaping on CW while downloading torrent's.

Anyone else been experiencing... I'm on a capped package, which have specifically been said does not get chapped at all.

Reason I join CW was their NO SHAPING policy.

Not talking bout streaming, Netflix is 100%, as are app updates from Apple Store,
Simply torrents from all my usual sou CRS that start off at 2.5MB and then within 2 minutes take a nose dive.

Are you sure it's shaping what account do you have?
 
other than reading my email, and then proceeding to ask me again what i was downloading and when, after the email they responded to state when it started and that i was related to torrents no.

I've been in meetings straight since 08:00 so send support a email this morning as I could not live chat.

I was under the impression CW only offered realtime services as unshaped (gaming, streaming), and that other services could potentially be shaped. This is fine by me. I know at the end of each month torrents are going to slow down coz everyone wants to use up their caps.
