So there hasn't been much to report back on! Nothing has changed re my poor performing international and/or iperf anomaly. The case is still open and being investigated but no concrete feedback apparently.... Just over a month now, since the ticket was opened.

All tests are wired, Cat6 ethernet cables to both PC/Router and Router to ONT. Windows 10 on the test server.

I also find woking a slow server, try vodacom uk london single after using tcpoptimizer slider to 100mb and choose optimal.
 
About as good as it gets for me on this account. Guess the TCPoptimizer settings? Windows default.... :p
