Then HC is shaping since we on different carriers. I will send them a formal mail with the tests tonight. If they can't fix it then I'm moving to another isp.

It does definitely seem like shaping to me, let us know what response you get from HC?
 
I know it's a bit more expensive but maybe give Premiumize.me a try, their services pretty much run at full line speed all the time.

lastmile packetloss would cause this too, doubt it's shaping. @djbrendan

best way to troubleshoot lastmile problem. if it's still kak, then pray for rain 5G.

a lot more imho, there is no issue with RD, but it is international where afaik premiumize.me runs off cloudflare which "should" be local if cloudflare is behaving, so if there is packetloss, re transmits are 5ms instead of 180ms.

Welcome to the club. I have been with HC for 8 months and never got more than 2MBPS. This is their top International speeds on a 1GBPS package. After many calls they could not identify any issues. Unfortunately, we do not have any other services providers in our area.

Also, they are down more than they are on lately. Been sitting without any fibre the past 3 or so hours again.
