iPhone 5 fails to be groundbreaking

That's how I always understood it to work.

When they announced wireless charging on the S3 I thought brilliant, revolutionary, sold but alas...

Replacing one wired charger with another wired charging device is a sideways move IMHO.

Then Apple releases a wireless charger with a proper radius and everyone says they're ripping off again lol.

Who needs that when you can just take off the back cover, restart the phone, put a new battery in, and boot back up again?

Too much of a schlepp, especially if you don't have a second battery, or is stuck in the middle of the boondocks with two flat batteries, or you're saddled with an iPhone :p

Thanks.
Very Interesting. Goes to show that Quad core does not necessary trump Dual Core just because it is bigger/more.
Keen to see the benchmark again when JB is official on the S3. JB supposed to utilise the 4 cores a lot better.

The Anand review shows quite clearly that iPhone5 is 2core2thread - there's basically zero MT gains while everything else is doubling, and then some. So there might still be some future-proofedness inherent to the SGS3. Still Apple's nascent CPU development team look to have made a highly impressive showing here: cutting down die size, thermals, power consumption and still trashing 4S performance. Actually it beats any phone or tablet on the table. I wonder if they won't start going further off the supplier grid with this move.
