I can't even get Facebook to load so I can check my messages. Web sites time out. Half load then just die. Is it just MWEB or is it all SP's?

Good morning Donovan, your line readings seem good at the moment. Please verify if your problem persists in all browsers and if it clears up after a router reboot.

Please provide me with tracers and pings to the websites in question if the problem persists.
 
I am having problems here in Cape Town, can barely load MyBB or any other pages. I just woke up and the internet is hella slow. Something is going on or sure.

Good Afternoon VioAdmin, we have received a few complaints from clients in your area. Your problem could be related to a possible Network fault, we have escalated the information to Telkom to confirm.

Most people experience shaping during daytime, my shaping normally starts from 10.00am and eases off from about 20:00pm, only from 00.00am exactly I get full speed like somebody is flipping a switch and its been like this since I have my account. I am however completely satisfied with my account as I achieve full browsing speed and full speed over weekends. :) btw if you paying for a shaped account you really cant complain. :)

We are on the same exchange it seems. The Barrack street exchange is down and has been for a few hours now: http://www.mweb.co.za/helpcentre/NetworkStatusNotices.aspx

My tracert pulls the same stats as yours almost right down to each number lol. I hope it is fixed within the next hour or so, meanwhile it's time for some PS3'n.

Issue with the Barrack Street exchange... I'm in the same area... my internet is working, but horribly!
